Communities
We are passionate about helping our communities and their owners/operators improve business practices and quality outcomes through our management partnerships. We believe that each community’s personality and essence are its strength and pride ourselves on honoring the unique ethos of each of our communities. We do not remake our managed properties into a corporate, cookie-cutter vision. Instead, we develop partnerships with small, boutique communities which already have a strong sense of purpose, authenticity, and place and then build from there. We are currently partnering with communities throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, and Arizona and specialize in independent living, assisted living, residential care, memory care, and adult foster communities.
All Vanda Health communities are united by a shared vision of what senior living can and should be and are guided by a set of common principles. These guiding principles serve as our true north, providing direction for our work and team culture and grounding our every decision and interaction.
